Faculty, students, and alumni were all in attendance for James Lehouiller's presentation on Wednesday, October 20. This presentation marked the start of Johnson & Wales University's 2021 Hospitality Summit. The virtual day-long summit was filled with lectures, Q&As, and panel discussions. Lehouiller, a JWU Honorary Doctorate recipient, spoke about authentic design for hospitality.
